% · %% Comments and fillers
A single % starts a comment that runs to the end of the line. Two or more, %%, is a filler that plays nothing and lasts no time.
- Use
%%to line voices up in columns. It never changes what plays.
Comments on their own lines and after music.

Fillers add nothing: both lines play the same four notes.
