`> · <` Melodic minor direction

In a mel key, > selects the ascending form, with raised 6 and 7, and < the descending form, with natural 6 and 7.

Both have no duration and hold until the other one appears.
The ascending form is the default.
They do nothing outside a melodic minor key, and a written accidental overrides them.

Up the ascending form, back down the descending one.
