A note is one unit, a sixteenth, until a mark changes it. _n multiplies, +n adds units, /n divides.
- Bare
_doubles, bare+adds one, bare/halves. - Marks combine: duration = (1 + all the
+) × all the_÷ all the/. - After a rule or a group, a mark covers everything inside it.
