`^` Inversion

The figure mirrored around the axis: what went up goes down. The axis is degree 1 unless axis says otherwise.

Degrees mirror by scale steps, so the result stays in the key. Literal notes mirror by semitones.
A chord mirrors its root and swaps major and minor.
Two ^ cancel. Drums do not change.
Transforms combine in any order: Fig~^ and Fig^~ are both the retrograde inversion.
The engine mirrors before it transposes, so a ^ at a use site negates an @k inside the rule.
